BUILDING THE FORCE (BTF) Program

Those Not Yet Competent (NYC) will be eligible to retake the assessment until they are found to be Competent.

What is more, if desired, a training representative could also be assigned to guide and mentor selected individuals over an agreed period or until they are assessed to be competent sales professionals. AWZUM Spektrum offers training options from a 3-day team session to a 6-month comprehensive onsite program for the entire team and/or selected individuals.

JUST GET THE SALE

A 3-day (24 hours) JUST GET THE SALE training program, which is a condensed training session designed for learners to absorb and be left to apply and practice without further guidance, mentoring, or practical coaching.

BTF-04 PROGRAM

KEEP GETTING THE SALE

A 4-day (32 hours) KEEP GETTING THE SALE training program, which is designed to enable learners to apply and practice with more intense continuity before being left on their own without further guidance, mentoring, or practical coaching.

BTF-04 PLUS 48 PROGRAM

KEEP GETTING THE SALE (w/ Follow-up coaching)

A 4-day (32 hours) KEEP GETTING THE SALE training program followed by a 12-week (48 hours) follow-up program (i.e., 4 hours per week) of onsite guiding, coaching, mentoring, and drill sessions

BTF-04 PLUS 96 PROGRAM

KEEP GETTING THE SALE (w/ extended follow-up coaching)

A 4-day (32 hours) KEEP GETTING THE SALE training program followed by a 24-week (96 hours) follow-up program (i.e., 4 hours per week) of onsite guiding, coaching, mentoring, and drill sessions.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

All or any inside and outside sales, business development and marketing or marketing communications staff are encouraged to attend. The program is not about using technological or other tools but about using oneself effectively in negotiations and dealings with others, including potential and existing customers and vendors. It is also crucial that marketing staff understand selling and are able to feel the ground in order to be effective in their roles in supporting their frontline colleagues. Special attention will also be given to department and team leaders in their roles, particularly in motivating and driving their teams towards accomplishing set objectives.
