AWZUM Spektrum may collect, record, use and disclose your Personal Data and any other data disclosed or provided by you including, but not limited to, organisational or corporate data, for the purpose of:  Processing any or all forms of enquiry, subscriptions or orders that you have made for any of our programs or products through any form of publication including the print, electronic and mobile App versions of all such communications.  Processing any or all forms of enquiry or orders that you have made for any products or services offered by or through AWZUM Spektrum.  Accounting, verifying and maintaining your account with us in relation to payment processes and fulfilment of your enquiries and orders that you have made on your own or on behalf of any entity that you are authorised to.  Providing you with important updates, changes, developments, and push information, articles and opportunities which may be relevant and beneficial to you and/or the organisation you represent.  Providing you with news, services, products and other beneficial offerings from AWZUM Spektrum or other third parties whenever these are available.  Assisting you more effectively with new requests, feedback or enquiries and in resolving possible complaints that you might have had.  Market research and analysis that may include the demographic and psychographic studies of our site visitors, subscribers and customers for the improvement of our services to you, other visitors, customers and patrons of AWZUM Spektrum.  Processing your Personal Data and all data disclosed or provided by you for any other valid reason or reasons that are directly in compliance with any legal or regulatory requirements.

Whilst AWZUM Spektrum will protect your Personal Data against any unauthorised use or disclosure in accordance to the provisions of any applicable law, this data, as mentioned herein, may be disclosed to third parties in Singapore and/or abroad. Among others, such third parties may include:  Contractors and service providers such as printers, mailing houses, courier services and website developers.  Trainers, commission agents, event partners and sponsors, market research partners and other relevant business collaborators.  The Credit Bureau, banks, credit card companies and their authorised service providers, particularly in the event of payment default or related dispute.  Legal and professional advisors such as auditors and lawyers, law enforcement agencies and government regulators.  Any party or parties to whom we transfer or may transfer our rights and duties to.  Any party or parties who intend or decide to invest, acquire or venture into our business in whole or in part.  All or any other parties whom you require or authorise us to disclose your personal data. 

4. Tracking of Data 

AWZUM Spektrum and/or its appointed third party research agent(s) may from time to time conduct tracking of website data by collecting and analysing anonymous information which does not identify or reveal specific individuals, for the purpose of determining general (aggregate) information on the number of page views or impressions, unique visitors, duration of unique visitors, entry/exit points of visitors, and so on. 

5. Links to Third Party’s Website 

AWZUM Spektrum website may contain links that connect to the website of third parties, particularly those of our business partners such as trainers, training organisations, advertisers, event organisers and others. We are not responsible for the practices and privacy policy of these parties and advise you to learn more about their privacy policy of your Personal Data when you enter their websites. 

6. Withdrawal of Personal Data

7. Personal Data of Third Party 

When submitting or disclosing your Personal Data to AWZUM Spektrum, should you include or introduce the Personal Data of any third party, such as but not limited to your organisation’s data, employer’s data, business partners, colleagues, family and spouse, you would have obtained the authorisation, agreement and consent of each of the said parties beforehand. You shall ensure at all times that all Personal Data as well as any corporate or organisation data are complete, current, accurate and true. Failure to do so would mean that AWZUM Spektrum may not be able to fulfil your orders or requirements. 

8. Amendment 

This Privacy Policy may be amended or updated to remain relevant to changing market developments, industry trends and in compliance with prevailing legal or statutory regulations and requirements. You understand and agree to be bound by the prevailing terms of this Privacy Policy which shall be updated from time to time. 

9. Jurisdiction 

This Privacy Policy shall be governed in accordance with the laws and courts of the Republic of Singapore.
