AWZUM Spektrum is a sales and business development entity whose owner/director is trained and accomplished in leading, managing, directing and developing inhouse sales and business development professionals with particular emphasis in publishing (traditional and new media), advertising, marketing and retailing. Throughout more than 40 years and along with the collaboration of a few other certified trainers (ACTA/ACLP), he is an advocate of performance and end-results. He believes that acquiring new skills and upskilling is all good and important but never enough to achieve the needed business outcomes or desired profitability. “A driving license does not make every driver a safe driver”. It does not end with merely acquiring skills but rather turning these skills into awesome practices and performances. It is all about being professional performers and not merely skilled workers.

AWZUM Spektrum’s mission is to contribute in upscaling the performance of skilled and unskilled individuals within organisations, particularly sales, marketing and business development personnel who may need help in developing and improving their performances. Only the development and growth of individuals would collectively tantamount to the growth of any organisation. We exist to serve businesses by ensuring the maximisation and optimisation of human resources in sales and business development, and to consistently upscale them from one level to the next. Ultimately, our mission is to contribute to the growth of businesses, from start-ups to established SMEs whose businesses may be in decline or in need of reaching a new level. Our primary mission is to contribute to the small and medium business community by reversing their business downturn to considerable growth and increased profitability. Whilst we are also available to corporations, our key mission is to develop, revitalise and expand Start-ups and SMEs.
